These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the "Student Rooster" mobile application ("Mobile Application" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you" or "your") and this Mobile Application developer ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Mobile Application or Services.
The content displayed in this Mobile Application is primarily retrieved from a third-party API that is not owned, controlled, or managed by us. We do not verify, monitor, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, or quality of the content provided through this API.
Use of the app and its features is at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability related to any content or data that originates from the external API, including but not limited to inaccuracies, outdated information, or service interruptions caused by the API provider.
We make no warranties or representations concerning the availability or continued functioning of any third-party content source.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Mobile Application and Services. By using the Mobile Application and Services and agreeing to this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or pose security or reputational risks.
You remain the sole owner of any data, content, or materials ("Content") you submit via the Mobile Application. You are responsible for the legality, integrity, and accuracy of your submitted Content.
You grant us a limited license to access, store, transmit, display, and use your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You also grant us the right to use anonymized or aggregated data for analytics or system improvements.
We make regular efforts to back up user-submitted Content stored within the app. However, we do not guarantee that backups will be complete, accurate, or available in the event of system failures.
